tamī̍ḷata pratha̱maṃ ya̍jña̱sādha̱ṃ viśa̱ ārī̱rāhu̍tamṛñjasā̱nam |ū̱rjaḥ pu̱traṃ bha̍ra̱taṃ sṛ̱pradā̍nuṃ de̱vā a̱gniṃ dhā̍rayandraviṇo̱dām ||

Praise him, ye Aryan folk, as chief performer of sacrifice adored and ever toiling, Well-tended, Son of Strength, the Constant Giver. The Gods possessed the wealth bestowing Agni.
